Adonna C. Smith, our Broker/Owner, began her real estate career in 1998 in Valdosta, Georgia and created her first real estate company, ACS Real Estate on October 21, 2003. Although highly successful in that venture, Adonna’s visionary creativeness and business expertise lead to pursuing a joint venture with a national real estate franchise in order to better serve customers, clients and community.
But it couldn’t be just any real estate franchise! After much research and interviews, the choice became clear: Prudential! Prudential for shared superior business ethics and success! Prudential for being a well-known name throughout the United States, Canada and the world! Prudential for the high standards that mirrored those of ACS Real Estate!

On January 1, 2005, Prudential ACS Real Estate was created as the first Prudential Real Estate office in South Central Georgia. In May 2006, the company moved into a new office building, which is the current Valdosta location at 5108 Northwind Blvd. The company continued to grow and created need for an office in Lake Park, just 5 miles above the Florida/ Georgia state line, projected to be one
of the most desiring areas for retired communities. The Lake Park office opened at
521 Lakes Blvd in the third quarter of 2007. In order to further meet the needs of
our clients and customers, in October 2008, Commercial Property Management was added to the company services and January 2009, Residential Property Management was added. Prudential ACS Real Estate is dedicated to meeting all your real estate needs!
